We aim to always stock the best products, from reputable brands and which, we feel, offer you the best value for money. Sometimes, this means we recommend the cheapest products and sometimes not.
We offer advice in-store or by email from our experienced staff who have in-depth product knowledge. If for any reason we cannot deal with your enquiry immediately, we will respond within 2 working days and will continue to communicate with you until you are satisfied. If we are unable to answer your questions in-house we will get the answers from our suppliers.
Whilst dealing with your enquiry over the phone, our staff will treat you exactly as they themselves would want to be treated, with courtesy, good manners, promptly and efficiently.
